Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Strong programming experience in Python, PySpark, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, SQS
Minimum 1–2 full lifecycle projects delivered using AWS data stack in enterprise environment
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control mechanisms

Skills Required

Proficiency in Python for data prototyping and ETL rule development
Solid experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, UNIX shell scripting, and relational databases (e.g., MSSQL)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with ambiguous requirements
Strong verbal and written communication; able to articulate complex technical topics
Collaborative mindset; capable of coordinating with global business partners
Knowledge of insurance, financial, or analytics domain is an advantage
