- The Customer Service Advisor 1 role is designed to assist customers across all channels, delivering value and support excellence for BT Group’s solution portfolio.
- The role operates under full supervision, providing exposure to customer relationship management and service processes while building foundational skills for a career in customer service.
Qualifications:-
- Any Graduate – B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, or equivalent
