About Job Role:-

  • The Customer Service Advisor 1 role is designed to assist customers across all channels, delivering value and support excellence for BT Group’s solution portfolio.
  • The role operates under full supervision, providing exposure to customer relationship management and service processes while building foundational skills for a career in customer service.

Qualifications:-

  • Any Graduate – B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, or equivalent
  • Good academic record and interest in customer service, communication, and problem-solving

  • Executes and delivers routine work clearly covered by existing procedures in order to achieve objectives and the vision of the Customer Service team.

  • Participates in the continuous improvement activities to improve the customer service team processes.
