Requirements:-

- You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive visibility, engagement, and impact across these initiatives.
Skills Required:-
- Strong event management and project coordination skills
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines
- Prior experience in organizing events (college fests, campaigns, or corporate engagements)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Interest or experience in disability inclusion or social impact initiatives is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:-
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of inclusion-focused events
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners
- Assist in content creation, logistics, communication, and post-event reporting
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to promote disability inclusion and awareness
Work You’ll Do:-
Are you passionate about creating inclusive spaces through impactful events? We are looking for a driven and organized Intern to join our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team for a 3.5-month internship.
You’ll play a key role in planning and executing disability inclusion-focused initiatives and campaigns that foster awareness, allyship, and accessibility.
