About the Role:-
As an IT Data Analyst, you will play a key role in defining, building, and delivering operational metrics, KPIs, and BI dashboards that empower decision-making at a global scale. You will collaborate with IT/IS stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and help shape the future of data-driven IT operations.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or IT operations reporting.
Skills Required:-
- Strong knowledge of data model architecture using Oracle, SQL, and MySQL
- Proficiency in any Data integration & Reporting tools, preferably SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and experience with Web Intelligence (Webi).
- Understanding of database management, storage architecture, and security
- Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with BI metrics design, ETL job creation, and dashboard development
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Dashboarding Tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Additional Skills:-
- Knowledge of PHP, PowerShell, or other programming/scripting languages is an advantage
- Experience with Universe Design, 3DEXPERIENCE Widgets, and platform integration
- Exposure to scheduling and automation tools like Automic
- Understanding of IT governance and operations is a strong plus
Soft Skills:-
- Adaptability, curiosity, and autonomy
- Strong documentation, synthesis, and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and international teams
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and innovate
Languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- French is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Define and deliver transversal operational metrics and KPIs for IT/IS Operations and Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design best-in-class KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
- Develop metrics and dashboards using SAP BODS Jobs, Webi Reports, and 3DEXPERIENCE tools.
- Partner with Data Engineers to ensure reliable data integration and quality.
- Support initiatives like Cloudera POC (Data Lake), SOWA implementation, and tool migrations.
- Monitor Exalead indexing, job executions, and dashboard usage.
- Document knowledge in 3DX Community and support SLA/KPI management activities.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new BI tools and platforms.
