Role Overview:-
- The Data Analyst, Lead will spearhead process improvement initiatives and leverage data expertise to enhance operational efficiency.
- You will collect, analyze, and visualize data using a range of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, develop metrics, identify root causes, and drive data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- You will organize and communicate cross-functional project team progress while applying best practices in operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:-
- Experience: Minimum 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with BI tools is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in an on-site flex model (3+ days on-site in Bangalore).
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Prior experience in data analysis, operations, or process improvement.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations or engineering processes.
- Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources using BI tools and applications.
- Develop key metrics, dashboards, and reports to identify root causes and performance trends.
- Organize and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project alignment.
- Communicate team progress, best practices, and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive adoption of data visualization and BI tools to support decision-making.
- Support operational excellence initiatives with actionable insights and recommendations.
