Role Overview:-
- As a Business Analyst in the Business & Technology Delivery team, you will analyze organizational processes and systems, assess the business model and its integration with technology, and identify customer requirements.
- You will design the future state and/or business solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:-
- Must Have: Proficiency in Reltio, SQL.
- Good to Have: Experience in Life Sciences domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and creating business requirement documents.
Additional Information:-
- Minimum 5 years of Reltio experience required.
- Based in Pune.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Reltio MDM initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MDM initiatives (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).
- Lead the business analysis function for Reltio MDM across multiple domains.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Define and document data quality rules, survivorship logic, match/merge criteria.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, supporting integrations.
- Create detailed functional specifications and documentation.
- Identify and report sources of technical issues; recommend solutions to product teams.
- Communicate key insights and findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and propose improvements.
- Recommend process improvements, explore automation opportunities, and drive efficiency.
