Qualifications:-
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn about recruitment and HR functions.
- Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment (preferred, not mandatory).
Skills Required:-
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Results-driven mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:-
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support multiple recruitment initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with selected candidates.
- Maintain continuous contact with candidates and provide timely updates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist the TA team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Ensure compliance with standard processes and procedures.
