Role Overview:-
- As a Product Design Intern at Upstox, you’ll solve real-world problems in the fintech space, working with seasoned designers and cross-functional teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in shaping user journeys, building intuitive interfaces, and creating impactful designs that reach millions of users.

- Portfolio (academic, personal, or freelance projects) showcasing design thinking & problem-solving.

- Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and performance in design work.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Proficiency with Figma and ability to express ideas visually & interactively.
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities:-
- Design thoughtful, simple, and elegant solutions to customer problems.
- Contribute to UI/UX across different product journeys — from new features to refining existing flows.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ship impactful solutions.
- Apply user research, product thinking, and data insights to design decisions.
- Participate in design reviews, share and receive feedback, and refine your work.
