Role Overview:-
Vertoz is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join the HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding, and HR data management.
Qualifications:-
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Human Resources / HR Management
- Business Administration / Management / Commerce
- Psychology (with HR focus)
- Economics / Finance (optional, for HR analytics focus)
- Any related field with interest in HR operations
Skills Required:-
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail in managing data and recruitment records.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present recruitment-related insights.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; willingness to learn ATS/HRMS tools.
- Interest in HR operations and recruitment processes.
- Collaborative and proactive team player.
Key Responsibilities:-
- HR Operations: Support daily HR activities including onboarding coordination, document collection, and record maintenance.
- Research Support: Conduct research on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool mapping.
- ATS Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data, job postings, and recruitment status.
- Process Management: Ensure smooth workflows between HR operations and the recruitment team.
- Data Reporting: Prepare and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support end-to-end recruitment activities.
