- Act as the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for user inquiries related to CloudEK’s comprehensive product via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues by utilizing internal knowledge bases, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Accurately document all user interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise documentation for common issues and solutions.
