Job Description
We are seeking a resource having knowledge of CAD software to work with our R & D Operations Team as a User Success Engineer – SolidWorks Technical Support. You will be reporting to the manager in Pune.
Skills Required:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse complex datasets to derive meaningful insights for strategic decision-making. Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau. Provide data-driven recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team. • Strategic Insight Generation: Collaborate with the CEO and strategy team to understand business objectives and challenges. Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and actionable strategies. • Database Management & Querying: Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant data. Ensure data integrity by performing cleansing, transformation, and validation. • Statistical Analysis & Predictive Modelling: Utilize Python and statistical techniques to conduct predictive analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario planning. Apply machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibility
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to gather data requirements and offer analytical support. Present findings in a clear and actionable format to senior management. • Tool Development & Automation: Develop automated reporting tools and analytical solutions to enhance data accessibility and streamline processes.
