Role Overview:-
As a Team Lead in the Record-to-Report (R2R) function, you will manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and lead teams to deliver high-quality finance transformation services.
Educational Requirements:-
- B.Com / BBA / BMS or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities:-
R2R Process Management
- Manage end-to-end R2R activities (GL, reporting, period-end close)
- Ensure books are closed accurately and on time
- Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reports
- Ensure SLA adherence for accuracy and timeliness
Financial Reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packs
- Analyze flux reports and provide insights
- Maintain month-end close checklists
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and manage teams (Analysts, Sr Analysts, Team Leads)
- Conduct team and client governance meetings
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders
Compliance & Controls
- Implement internal controls and SOX compliance
- Support audits and provide required documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Train new team members and monitor performance
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in BPO / Finance Operations
- Strong knowledge of R2R processes
- Exposure to client management and audits
