Job Description:
- As an Internship Program Coordinator, your role would be to shape an exceptional intern experience from first touch to day one. Many of your stakeholders are based in Europe—primarily in Germany—so you’re comfortable coordinating across time zones and cultures. In this role, you’ll own the delivery of our UPGRADE Internship Program—partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, AIESEC, and international candidates to ensure a fast, compliant, and world-class process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-attraction& enablement: Promote the Program internally, brief stakeholders, and align hiring teams on timelines and expectations
- Attraction & posting: Finalize role specs with HM/HRBP, publish on specific platform, and maintain accurate tracking and documentation
- Selection coordination: Prescreen, shortlist, share profiles, manage statuses, and communicate outcomes professionally
- Offer & compliance: Trigger offer steps, request required documents, and keep audit-ready records
- Work permit/visa & preboarding: Coordinate submissions with AIESEC/legal, confirm approvals and addresses, and send clear prearrival instructions
- Stakeholder management: Keep hiring teams informed; align start dates and handover to HR for onboarding
