Role Overview:-
As a Customer Success Associate Intern, you will support healthcare providers by conducting product demonstrations, assisting with device installations, training medical staff, and ensuring smooth adoption of Dozee’s AI-powered patient monitoring solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to healthcare technology and customer success operations.

- ITI
- Any Graduation (Preferred)

- Coordinate with remote teams and share activity updates
- Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders

- Experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or field sales
- Familiarity with working alongside doctors and nurses
- Startup experience (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the city
- Flexibility to work inside hospital wards and occasional night shifts
