📌Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively managing issues throughout the ticket lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Follow established ticket support processes and procedures
Gain hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Participate in reviewing, debugging, and resolving issues with new or existing code
Document testing performed, results, issue recreation, and the next planned steps.
Collaborate with team members and leaders to turn findings into actionable
improvements.
Translate key findings into visualized presentations
Network with other talented interns

✔What We’re Looking For

Good written and spoken English
Good understanding of Salesforce, SQL, Python, Git and other technologies
Strong organizational and logistical skills, and familiarity with data science concepts
Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
