📌Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively managing issues throughout the ticket lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction- Follow established ticket support processes and procedures
- Gain hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Participate in reviewing, debugging, and resolving issues with new or existing code
- Document testing performed, results, issue recreation, and the next planned steps.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to turn findings into actionable
- improvements.
- Translate key findings into visualized presentations
- Network with other talented interns
✔What We’re Looking For
- Good written and spoken English
- Good understanding of Salesforce, SQL, Python, Git and other technologies
- Strong organizational and logistical skills, and familiarity with data science concepts
