Role Overview:-
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will support EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Finance team with financial statement analysis, financial due diligence, valuation, transaction analysis, and preparation of client deliverables.
This role provides exposure to global transactions and corporate finance engagements across multiple industries.
Educational Requirements:-
Candidates should meet one of the following:
- Chartered Accountancy (CA) – pursuing, with at least one group cleared
- MBA / Post Graduate in Management – Finance specialization
- Relevant exposure to:

- Conduct detailed studies of financial statements and related schedules
- Prepare financial statements using information provided
- Analyze financial and operational performance of target companies
- Conduct management interviews and analyze accounting information
- Prepare summaries of financial due diligence findings
- Identify key deal issues affecting purchase price or deal structure
- Support financial due diligence engagements
- Work closely with Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements
- Apply basic valuation techniques and perform related analysis
- Prepare presentations and communicate key findings
