Role Overview:-
As a Research & Insights Intern, you will interact directly with consumers, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, moderate user discussions, support surveys, and convert customer feedback into meaningful business insights.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business Research, and FinTech.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Qualitative Research
- Engage with relevant target groups and invite users for research discussions
- Conduct and moderate user research sessions
- Follow research objectives and discussion guides
- Transcribe completed user sessions in Excel
- Capture consumer feedback and insights
Quantitative Research
- Script survey questionnaires
- Create survey links
- Send questionnaires using CRM tools
- Prepare scorecards and research reports
Operational Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for databases, prototypes, and research inputs
- Maintain research repositories and logs
- Support multiple research projects and business requirements
Experience Required:-
- 2 months – 1 year of Market Research experience or internship
- Experience in a market research agency/company involving user interactions is preferred
