As a Senior Analyst in Settlement Operations, you will manage and analyze settlement and reconciliation processes, support accounting activities, identify operational risks, and contribute to process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end settlement and reconciliation activities
- Monitor and review reconciliations of banks and financial institutions
- Coordinate with vendor teams and external stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues
- Track and escalate operational issues and queries
- Support agent balance reviews, audit queries, reports, and trackers
- Perform settlement data mining and analysis
- Conduct trend analysis and forecasting
- Support settlement strategy and process changes
- Strengthen operational controls and risk mitigation
- Identify revenue leakages and process improvement opportunities
- Analyze financial, operational, customer, and system impacts
- Support applications and procedures aligned with business requirements
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for team members
- Help improve process knowledge across internal and offshore teams
Preferred Experience:-
