Role Overview:-
As an Audit Intern in the Assurance team, you will support statutory audit engagements, review financial records, perform audit testing, and assist in evaluating internal controls. You will work closely with senior auditors and gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.

Audit & Assurance
- Perform statutory audit procedures and testing
- Identify accounting and auditing issues
- Support audit planning and execution activities
- Review financial records and supporting documents
Financial Review
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Perform account receivable and payable reconciliations
- Support account finalization activities
- Maintain statutory books of accounts
Controls & Compliance
- Evaluate internal controls and business processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Document audit findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards
Reporting
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation
- Assist in management letters and audit reports
- Present audit observations and recommendations
- Support senior team members during client engagements
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards
- Previous exposure to statutory audit assignments
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
