Role Overview:-

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support customer operations through report generation, order management, queue monitoring, CRM/ERP updates, and customer communication. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer service processes, business operations, and enterprise systems in a global technology organization.

  • Manage customer backlog and order tracking
  • Handle purchase orders, pricing, shipping, and quote updates
  • Support order changes and customer account maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
  • Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Provide documentation support during audits
