Role Overview:-
As an R&D Trainee / Intern, you will support laboratory testing activities, coordinate with internal and external laboratories, participate in quality processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards, methods, and tools.

- Automobile Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Or related disciplines

- Coordinate with internal and external laboratories for testing activities

- Support test reviews with suppliers and external labs
- Maintain compliance with laboratory quality requirements
- Track task progress and report KPIs
- Escalate project risks and support corrective actions
- Participate in ISO 17025 and IATF deployment activities
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (HSE) guidelines
Preferred Skills:-
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems
- Understanding of quality standards and testing methodologies
- Interest in R&D and product validation
- Exposure to laboratory equipment and testing processes
