Job Description:
- Job Title: BNPL Merchant Support Executive (Post-Sales Support)
- Location: 404, Fibe, The Chambers,
- Samrat Chowk, Viman Nagar,
- Pune 411014.
- Experience: 0 – 4 years – Freshers are welcome
- Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
- Qualification – Graduation is Mandatory.
- Languages Required: Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada (Any one is mandator)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales merchant queries related to BNPL transactions, settlements, refunds, and reconciliation.
- 2. Support merchants via calls, email, chat and provide timely resolutions.
- 3. Assist merchants in understanding BNPL processes, dashboards, settlement cycles, and documentation.
- 4. Track open merchant tickets and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
- 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update system logs.
- 6. Ensure merchant satisfaction and provide a high-quality support
- experience.
