Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Drafting & Execution
- · Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communication materials such as emails, newsletters, announcements, intranet content, presentations, and leadership messages
- · Support execution of internal communication plans and calendars
- · Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging across communication channels
- Stakeholder & Leadership Communication Support
- · Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership teams, business functions) to gather inputs and align on communication requirements
- · Support leadership and executive messaging initiatives including townhalls, leadership updates, and organizational announcements
- · Assist in preparing briefing notes, talking points, and presentation content
- Brand, Content & Design Coordination
