Job Summary:-

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Manager – Data Visualization with Insight Generation (WFM).
The role focuses on advanced reporting, data analysis, and insight generation to support workforce management and operational decision-making.
You will be responsible for challenging existing reporting mechanisms and introducing innovative analytics-driven solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:-

Any Graduate Degree or equivalent
Relevant experience in MIS / Reporting roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:-

Advanced MS Excel
Power BI
SQL Database & MS Access Automation
XML / HTML knowledge
Presentation & Content Writing skills
Lean / Six Sigma Certification
Exposure to Data Science concepts

Key Responsibilities:-

Recommend staffing changes aligned with call demand and coordinate daily with WFM teams
Participate in regular meetings with Operations and Clients
Analyze data at market and process levels, drilling down to team and agent-level insights
Develop advanced Excel-based reports using pivots, power pivots, macros, VBA, trend and bridge analysis
Generate actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
Identify volume variations by market, process, team, or agent and proactively alert stakeholders
Report observations to WFM to support roster and staffing plan adjustments
Proactively flag SLA risks and misses
