Role Overview:-
- As a DCM Analyst, you will support financing activities including sourcing, negotiation, and execution of debt facilities.
- You will work closely with investment teams, lenders, and stakeholders to optimize capital structures and support investment strategies.
Educational Requirements:-
Master’s degree in:
- Finance
- Economics
- Mathematics
- Or related field
Experience Required:-
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in debt capital markets or related roles
Skills Required:-
Technical Skills
- Strong financial modeling (sensitivity analysis, forecasting, debt structures)
- Knowledge of private credit, securitization & capital markets
- Understanding of asset management, liquidity, and investment strategies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of legal documentation, compliance & due diligence
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
