Job Role 1: CPM (Corporate Planning & Management) Apprenticeship

Required Qualifications & Skills:

About the program:

Our Off-Cycle Program varies in length based on program/university for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

About the Division:

• The Corporate Planning & Management Division unifies teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm. 
• CPM consists of 5 operating pillars; Finance & Planning, supporting the execution of the firm’s strategic objectives through the management of the planning process and firmwide reporting and analytics
• Product Finance, managing governance and accounting for the firm’s non-compensation expenses; Spend Management including Sustainable Operations, managing all aspects of the firm’s spend with third parties – advising commercial agreements and driving operating efficiency
• Operational Risk and Resilience including Third Party Risk Management, driving firmwide Operational Risk programs along with second line teams and implements required changes within CPM; and CPM Engineering, providing engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third-party spend, data and automation, plan budgets, forecast financial scenarios, allocate expenses and support corporate decision making in-line with the firm’s strategic objectives.
