Job Description:
- We’re looking for a motivated Intern to join Harvard Business Publishing’s Global Support Services (GSS) team for a period of 6 months. If you’re passionate about business research, learning content, and client engagement, this internship offers hands-on experience in a global organization with meaningful learning opportunities.
- This role provides exposure to multiple aspects of our global operations, including market research, content management, proposal development, marketing support, and client engagement, helping the intern develop a well-rounded business and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on topics such as Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Culture and summarize findings for business use.
- Support the team in organizing and maintaining learning content (articles, case studies, videos, etc.) in our content management systems.
- Help create and format client proposals and presentations using standard templates.
- Assist with email campaigns, marketing initiatives, and data management using internal tools.
- Support client operations for HBI Education, including course pack and simulation setups, faculty registrations, usage reporting and query resolution
