Role Overview:-
As an FP&A Analyst, you will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business analysis. You will work with business stakeholders to analyze financial data, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Prepare rolling forecasts and financial models
- Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- Conduct Plan vs Actual and Forecast vs Actual variance analysis
- Identify key financial and operational performance drivers
- Support scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and other business teams
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs
- Create dashboards for senior management
- Improve and automate reporting processes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
- Support ERP, planning, and BI reporting activities
- Maintain financial controls and support audits
- Develop and standardize FP&A processes and SOPs
