Role Overview:-
As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve customer queries, provide support, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are looking to build a career in customer support and BPO operations.
Educational Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Postgraduate candidates are also eligible
