CTC: INR 5.00 Lakhs Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data from various sources to create weekly/monthly performance dashboards for executive review.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose “Lean” or “Agile” solutions to improve efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between junior staff and management, ensuring clear communication of goals and feedback.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools.
