Skills Required:
- 0-3 years of experience in full-time recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interview scheduling and candidate management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings to filter out unsuitable candidates based on requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
