Role Overview:-

The Analyst in the Capital Markets & Advisory Group supports clients in raising funds in capital markets and provides strategic advisory services for Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and other financial transactions.
The role works closely with product and coverage teams to support deal execution and client solutions.

Required Qualifications:-

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a reputed educational institution
Prior work experience in investment banking front office or related roles
Strong skills in accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, and business writing
Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently

Skills & Competencies:-

Financial modeling and valuation expertise
Analytical and quantitative problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:-

Work with senior bankers and professionals as part of the ECM team on client transactions and assignments
Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans
Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
Evaluate company financial performance relative to industry and market trends
Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
Support transaction execution and maintain attention to detail throughout the process
