Role Overview:-

The Issue Resolution Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Customer Service division by addressing and resolving complex inquiries related to operational workflows within healthcare technology products.
The position focuses on delivering timely resolutions, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience
Experience in US healthcare or healthcare IT preferred

Core Skills:-

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret and troubleshoot operational workflows
High attention to detail with strong documentation proficiency
Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems (preferred)
