About the Role:-
- The Senior Technical Support Engineer is responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer technical issues.
- This role involves working closely with customers to deliver seamless support, build trust, and ensure successful adoption of Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications:-
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
o OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience. - OR equivalent experience
Language Qualification
- English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent).
- Experience with customer-facing roles in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of AI-driven support tools or automation frameworks.
Required Skills:-
Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or related IT/engineering role.
Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, or Security
- Development platforms, scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.), or APIs
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work on complex technical scenarios.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Own, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues for Microsoft customers across products and solutions.
- Provide timely technical solutions to enable customers to maximize their Microsoft investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams to drive issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
- Apply strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Create technical documentation, contribute to knowledge bases, and share learnings with peers and customers.
- Build trust with customers through effective communication, empathy, and accountability.
- Leverage Microsoft’s AI-driven support tools to enhance resolution speed and customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to prevent future issues and improve customer success.
