About the Role:-
- Infosys BPM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate – HR professional to join the Human Resources team. The role requires expertise in recruitment across various domains, including technology, digital, fresher hiring, and support functions.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and virtual hiring tools to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition solutions.
Educational Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor of Arts or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA/PGDM in HR) will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Required Experience:-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment within IT/Technology, Digital, Fresher, or Support & Functions (S&F) hiring.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Use recruitment platforms effectively for sourcing top talent beyond basic job postings and email campaigns.
- Drive hiring processes for FTE/FTR (Full-Time Equivalent / Full-Time Regular) roles across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate and manage virtual hiring drives, including setting up virtual lobbies, interview rooms, and managing candidate flow.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions across domains.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and legal hiring standards.
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as employer branding, diversity hiring, and process improvement.
