Job Overview:-
- Amazon is seeking an experienced Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management, and data-driven problem resolution.
- This role requires consistent collaboration with stakeholders to establish trust-based relationships, investigate suspicious activities, manage escalations, and contribute to long-term, systemic improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:-
- 6 months to 1 year of experience -Speak, write, and read fluently ( English ) -Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications -Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Conduct investigations
- Take appropriate action to identify and help – minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information
- Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
- Meet productivity, quality and other hygiene metrics/ goals
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements
