Job Description:
We are offering a 1-year internship program for enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in Application Implementation and Application Support & Services. This internship will be part of the AI and Technology Solutions (ATS), covering Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of applications across various product offerings, including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
•Provide support and services for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Participate in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
•Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support.
•Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
