Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a business or Marketing field
Experience Required 2-3 years of work experience in Trade Operations in FMCG Industry
- Proficiency in?Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong collaborator and cross functional working experience drive for results.

- Experience in managing Trade marketing data Experience in Trade CRM & planning tool (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc) as added advantage
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel and Powerpoint Ability to interpret, enhance and optimise reporting to support analysis and insights

Roles and Responsibilities
- Have good understanding of End Market trade operation. Support and ensuring key trade data being updated/validated /maintained as per business need in system/ repository Upload and maintain data in the TM&D platform/repository to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure smooth operation and data integrity across TM&D platforms/repository.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
- Work closely with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams when needed to align data, support enquiries & to capture requirement- where needed Support in automating and standardizing trade reporting, and analysis with proper collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Escalate and coordinate in case of any report/ dashboard related issues

- Trade Admin will support the Trade Executive & trade manager and collaborate closely with the Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams when needed to ensure data being maintained accordingly
