• Work Experience: 1 – 3 Years
• Customer Relationship & Escalation Management
• Communication, Basic Excel
• Ability to develop good relationship with candidates and client
• Know how to use off line, on line channels

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

Will handle front end processing for clients and associates, meeting them, understanding client/ associates requirement. Ensuring accurate payrolling processing and renewal of contracts wherever applicable. This will involve extensive co-ordination with associates and clients.

• Managing associates post assignment start date
• Proactively engage with all associates at least once, a meet either one-on-one or in a small group setting
• Reaching out to all the new joinee’s on the start date of assignment and induct them of the polices and processes
• Builds relationship with associates
• Manage a tracker to log associateescalations / complaints
• Coordinates / liaisons with the recruitment team, OB team payroll team as required
• Ensuring full compliance on all policies and procedures
• Facilitates to ensure timely contractor on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities
• Client Management with regards to associate’s engagement
• Handling client escalation related to HR operations of Staff deployed to different clients.
• Solving day to day HR issues & resolving it within TAT.
