Qualifications

- Additional: Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns relating to technical issues.
- Advocate for customers and represent their needs to internal product teams.
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to product/technical inquiries.
- Deliver solutions within established SLA guidelines.
- Stay updated on customer priorities and critical business events.
- Record and document customer issues per process guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and qualify cases before escalating to engineering.
- Answer product functionality/usage queries.
- Handle high-priority technical issues.
- Contribute by creating knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and forum participation.
- Participate in 24×7 shift coverage.
Skills Required
Program Overview: Adobe is looking to engage and groom passionate, enthusiastic, and product-support-focused talent to join its India Customer Engineering business unit. This team supports Adobe Experience Cloud products, onboarding new customers and serving as the single point of contact for enterprise clients. As part of this program, apprentices will be trained to deliver high-quality technical support, manage customer issues within service levels, and gain exposure to enterprise product ecosystems.
