Qualifications
Requirements:
- 2-4 Years experience in software implementations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML or other scripting tools
- Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role
- Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role requires capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditions
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Possesses basic problem-solving skills
- Experience or ability to read/write SQL and write simple queries
- Knowledgeable of and understand common implementation principles and lifecycle
- Capability to exercise mature judgement
- Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances
- Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team and establish excellent working relationships

Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role
- Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper
- sequencing)
- Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools.
- Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal assistance
- Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely manner
- Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills
- Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements
- Identify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholders
- Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders
Skills Required
- Responsible for participating and eventually leading, in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams.
- Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects
- Learn how to estimate work effort and communicate with key stakeholders on the project
