Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor in economy or business minimum
- Experience of CRMs and ERP, especially Sales force
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED & ABILITIES:
- English level: Bilingual
- Interpersonal skills and good communication;
- Professional appearance – Positive attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure in changing environments;
- Familiair with Sales Force CRM, ERP and excelent usage of Power BI
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational & Strategic service activities:
- Monitoring of KPIs from Sales Force
- Escalation monitoring and report – Monitoring of Service P&L and deep dive analysis
- Country Service Business deep dive analysis
- Generation of weekly and monthly dashboard for business and operational purposes.
Continuous improvement: - Carry out permanent and sustainable actions to improve all processes within its area of responsibility, by eliminating dysfunctions and non-value-added tasks;
- Suggest improvements to the processes in which he/she or his/her teams participate.
Skills Required
Reporting to the Service Director or Country Manager, the Servce Business Analyst, is responsible of the monitoring of Service KPIs globally helping the strategic service business decisions to be taken on a timely manner.
