• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exposure to Scrum and other Agile ways of working.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• As a member of the Personal Productivity-Mobile squad, you will be reporting to the Personal Productivity portfolio.
• The role will require you to engage with stakeholders across multiple squads to assist in product development and management.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that our squad aligns with business objectives and supports key initiatives for the portfolio.
• BCG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate who will work closely with the Product Owner-Director of the Mobile Squad in gathering requirements, shaping product strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the squad in delivering business results and customer value across various stakeholder groups and functions. Develop OKRs and KPIs to measure and track progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide key input in the prioritization of the backlog across multiple products, ensuring maximum value delivered to our stakeholders.
• Participate in squad-level agile ceremonies, contributing to project planning and prioritization.
• Assist with the preparation and planning of initiatives during the Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
