Qualifications
- Bachelors in any discipline; bachelor’s in engineering or mathematics, statistics is preferred.

- At least 1-2 years of experience with creating reports from scratch and analyzing HR related data.

Accountabilities
As an HR analyst, you will be the custodian of HR data. You will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, collating and converting data into various accurate reports and dashboards for leaders and stakeholders within the organization.
You will play a pivotal role as the reports and dashboards you create will enable leaders to make informed & data-driven decisions that will shape the future of Human Resources at CACTUS! You will report to the Director, HR Operations & Administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the problem statement or objective.
- Gather relevant data from various sources, databases, internal systems and combine data from multiple sources to a cohesive dataset using MS Excel.
- Clean the data by removing any duplicates, correcting errors, handling missing values to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ask the right questions, comprehend and use advanced excel techniques such as pivots, validation automation, formula, macros among others to analyze & interpret the data.
- Create various reports and dashboards such as headcount & attrition report, people cost reports, hiring & ad-hoc data reports etc.
- Work closely with the Director, HR Operations & Administration to learn to draw meaningful conclusions from the analysis and summarize key insights & recommendations.
