Desirable:
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with workflow and data preparation tools, such as Alteryx or Savant.
- Experience using PL/SQL
- Knowledge of the real estate market – understanding of the lease credentials.
- Experience designing clear and effective dashboards and visualizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions for real estate portfolio.
- Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile portfolio changes and investigate discrepancies.
- Validate reports and ensure data accuracy before distribution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and enhanced data visualization.
- Evaluate opportunities for adoption of new technologies and analytical solutions.
- Generate actionable insights and contribute to analytics projects.
- Create and maintain process, system and reporting documentation.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and reports in response to business needs.
- Collaborate with the Technology Team to investigate and resolve user requests.
- Responsible for delivery of the final product within the SLA’s including obtaining validation and approvals.
- Act as SME and POC to internal and external stakeholders in the area of reporting.
