Must-Have Skills:

• Experience: 0–3 years in Big Data/ETL/DWH testing with RDBMS and/or Hadoop reporting.
• SQL Expertise: Ability to write and validate complex queries (Joins, functions, CTEs).
• Programming: Hands on experience (1+ years) with Python/PySpark for data testing and automation frameworks.
• ETL Testing: Knowledge of table and file ingestion processes; exposure to real time streaming applications is a plus.
• QA Practices: Understanding of testing processes, defect management, and the Quality Engineering lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver test artifacts for assigned projects/modules from inception to deployment.
• Execute and validate Big Data/DWH/ETL processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Create and maintain test suites for new and existing features, enabling end to end data validation.
• Collaborate with Lead QE to ensure release activities meet enterprise QA standards.
• Perform medium to complex SQL queries for data validation and transformation checks.
• Build automation solutions for data validation using Python and PySpark across all phases of the test lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and daily scrums.
• Maintain effective communication with BAs, LOB stakeholders, and global delivery teams.
