Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 1 + years of professional experience, OR Master’s degree
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI-based productivity tools, chatbot frameworks, or automation assistants.

Preferred Qualification:

• CCNA   Knowledge of Netconf, REST APIs, gNMI, gRPC, and OpenConfig/YANG models.
• Familiarity with network automation tools (pyTest, Ansible, Jenkins, Robot Framework).
• Expertise in Linux operating systems and Bash/Unix shell scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Network protocols and technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced test frameworks and automation tools to support large-scale test execution.
• Execute test cases through automation, verifying defects and ensuring fixes are properly validated.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Build and integrate chatbots and AI assistants to support test execution, defect triaging, and on-demand knowledge retrieval.
• Apply Generative AI for productivity improvements, including test case generation, YAML/config creation, log analysis, and root-cause guidance.
• Proactively drive continuous improvements in test coverage, automation, and performance benchmarking, ensuring deployments meet customer scale and reliability expectations.
• Research and adopt domain-specific AI models and foundational representations for networking automation, model safety, and intelligent observability.
