Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 0-2 years of experience..
• Good programming skills in languages such as Go, C++,  Java, Python with strong design skills in object-oriented methodologies.
• Strengths in Distributed Computing, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software and product development experience, preferably in cloud computing and distributed systems on Linux and VM environments.
• Experience with virtualization environments such as vSphere, HyperV, KVM.
• Understanding of Microservice architecture using Containers and Orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Good team player with strong work ethic

Roles and responsibility

As an engineer, contribute to backend development activities of Intersight (SaaS and On-premise Appliance-based) Management Software, including scoping, planning, designing, implementation, testing and coordinating with other teams.

• Influence the feature development and improving product quality and customer experience.
• Maintain active understanding of industry practices for platform scaling and new technology.
• Worked on Agile Teams using continuous development and deployment process
