Job Overview
The Technology Program Analyst APAC is an entry level position responsible for contributing to a variety of development activities in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 24 month rotational program across a variety of technology areas to develop fundamental knowledge and advanced leadership skills
- Develop working knowledge of Citi’s information systems, procedures, standards, client server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications, and define necessary system enhancements
- Utilize in depth knowledge of how various technology and operational areas integrate within an assigned area in order to reach business goals
- Assist in analysis of business and system processes, and recommend process improvements for assigned areas
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs
- Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents
